Performance

Elite's UHPLC system integrates a 130 MPa ultra-high-pressure infusion system with intelligent temperature control. It supports 1-second ultra-fast injection and multi-detector coupling. The patented optical system ensures detection accuracy, while the fully modular design meets GMP/GLP compliance requirements, providing an efficient and stable integrated solution for complex sample analysis in fields such as pharmaceutical R&D and life sciences.

The column temperature chamber employs a Peltier temperature control element coupled with a circulating air system, ensuring precise temperature regulation and rapid heating. At room temperature, it takes only 12 minutes to reach 85°C and maintain stable temperatures. During cooling, the temperature can be reduced from 35°C to 5°C in less than 10 minutes.

Improved stability: Excellent accuracy and stability are maintained even at low flow rates, 0.1 mL/min. Using deionized water as the mobile phase, 11 consecutive sets of values were recorded at a flow rate of 0.1 mL/min with a digital flow meter, and the mean value and RSD value were calculated.

Enhanced accuracy: Maintains exceptional precision even with microvolume injections, 0.1-2 μL. Continuous injections within the 0.1-2 μL range yield excellent linearity, with correlation coefficients (r) exceeding 0.999. Microvolume injections of varying volumes demonstrate outstanding accuracy.

The "Ultra-Rapid Injection Mode" of the EClassical3200L UHPLC enables the shortest injection time to be reduced to 1 second through pre-injection settings.
