The O3230L Column Oven features three precise temperature control modes — Column Heater (ambient +5 °C to 85 °C), Column Cooler (4 °C to ambient –5 °C), and Automatic (4 °C to 85 °C) — enabled by Peltier elements for rapid heating and cooling with exceptional efficiency. PID segmented control technology combined with a high-accuracy temperature probe and built-in calibration curve algorithm ensures temperature accuracy ≤ 0.1 °C and outstanding repeatability. Multiple safety protections include user-settable alarm temperature, independent mechanical over-temperature cu-off, and automatic heating stop upon liquid leakage. The oven is compatible with optional 6-position/7-port, 2-position/6-port, and 2-position/10-port switching valves, enabling column switching, multi-dimensional chromatography, online SPE, and column regeneration. A built-in mobile phase preheating coil guarantees consistent solvent temperature for improved separation reproducibility. Fully integrated via LAN communication with Kromstation workstation, the O3230L delivers reliable, fully automated temperature control for demanding UHPLC applications.
