DG3120/DG3130 Degasser

The DG3120/DG3130 online degasser efficiently and continuously removes dissolved gases from mobile phases via an automatic vacuum degassing method, ensuring stable baselines and reliable pump performance in HPLC systems. With a fully inert fluid path (PFA/PEEK), the degasser is compatible with most solvents and offers low internal volume and high chemical resistance. The 2-channel (DG3120) and 4-channel (DG3130) models provide flexibility for different system configurations, making them ideal accessories for routine and gradient HPLC applications.

Efficient degassing – Continuously removes dissolved gases from the mobile phase using an automatic vacuum degassing process, ensuring stable baseline and reliable pump operation.

Low maintenance – The degassing channels are made of PFA/PEEK material, offering excellent chemical resistance and long-term durability.

Multiple channel options – DG3120 offers 2 channels, while DG3130 offers 4 channels, suitable for different mobile phase configurations.

Compact design – Integrated design with minimal dead volume; easy to connect to any HPLC system.

Leak/flash indicator – The status indicator light provides clear feedback on operation status and alarms in case of vacuum failure.

Performance

The DG3120/DG3130 degasser effectively removes dissolved gases (oxygen, nitrogen, etc.) from the mobile phase in real time, preventing bubble formation during gradient mixing, which reduces pressure fluctuations, stabilizes flow rate, improves detector baseline stability, and enhances overall separation reproducibility. Its high degassing efficiency ensures consistent HPLC performance, especially in multi‑solvent gradient applications, while the low internal volume and inert fluid path minimize extra‑column effects and maintain compatibility with a wide range of mobile phases. The built‑in vacuum status indicator and flashing alarm help users quickly detect leaks or vacuum system issues, ensuring reliable long‑term operation. This degasser is suitable not only for HPLC systems but also for other online degassing applications.
