The D1100 UV-Visible Detector features an optimized optical path heat dissipation structure that maintains stable temperature within the optical system, significantly reducing baseline noise and drift for long-term operational stability. It supports automatic spectrum scanning, allowing full-wavelength UV-Vis absorption scans of samples under static mobile phase conditions to quickly determine the optimal detection wavelength. The wavelength-time program enables automatic wavelength switching at preset times during a single analysis, ensuring that multiple components are detected at their optimal wavelengths and greatly improving sensitivity. High-precision wavelength control is achieved through a stepper motor-driven grating, providing excellent wavelength accuracy and repeatability for quantitative analysis. With a dual-CPU architecture based on the MSP430 microcontroller and 24-bit A/D conversion technology, the detector ensures high-precision data acquisition and supports RS-232, USB, and RS-485 communication interfaces for flexible and reliable system integration.
