The P3140 High-Pressure Constant-Flow Pump is a precision infusion unit designed for high-flow-rate applications. Its core features include: a dual-plunger series reciprocating pump structure with a small cam driving a short-stroke plunger, which effectively reduces infusion pulsation and eliminates the need for traditional buffers, resulting in a more compact system. Through step motor microstepping control technology, the pump ensures stable and accurate motor operation even within a wide flow rate range (0.10-40.00 mL/min), maintaining the stability of the mobile phase composition. The floating guide plunger rod installation method, combined with carefully selected imported high-quality plunger rods and sealing rings, endows the pump body with excellent long-term operational stability and durability. Additionally, the pump features a high-flow rinse function (25 mL/min), significantly reducing solvent replacement time and improving work efficiency. Through the RS485 communication interface, it can be easily connected to chromatography workstations to achieve high-precision binary high-pressure gradient or flow rate gradient control, meeting the analytical and production requirements of complex samples.

The P3140 High-Pressure Constant-Flow Pump is specifically designed to meet the high-flow transportation requirements of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) systems, ensuring stable and precise delivery of mobile phases. It provides reliable flow rate and pressure output across a wide flow range (up to 40 mL/min), guaranteeing the reproducibility of chromatographic analysis. This pump can serve as a core unit to establish a stable isocratic analysis system or be combined with a gradient mixer to form a binary high-pressure gradient system controlled by a workstation, enabling precise programming of mobile phase ratios. It is suitable for the separation of complex samples such as proteins, peptides, and traditional Chinese medicines. The built-in real-time pressure monitoring and high/low pressure limit alarm functions ensure the safety of the instrument and its operation.
