S3210 Automatic Sampler

The S3210 Auto-sampler features a simultaneous movement of tray and sample needle that shortens injection cycles and is compatible with 120‑well trays. An imported high‑precision side‑opening sample needle made of high‑purity special steel enhances strength, reduces sample adsorption, and eliminates blockage from septum debris. A high‑precision stepper motor combined with world‑class guide rails achieves positioning accuracy close to “zero deviation”. The highly integrated 32‑bit STM32 microcontroller with SPI/I²C bus minimizes board size and improves reliability. Intelligent functions include fully automatic power‑on self‑test and priming, which promptly detect circuit or mechanical faults and ensure complete system degassing for excellent repeatability, plus a dual‑probe leakage alarm for stable and accurate leak detection. Three injection modes (full loop, partial loop with sample loss, partial loop without sample loss) are selectable, and the blank position for non‑destructive injection (116–120) is optional, meeting diverse analytical requirements. A software‑controlled lighting function adds personalized operation, and motor speed / step‑interval adjustments can further shorten the sampling cycle.
