MS²Vertical 9100 LC-MSMS

The EClassical 3200L UHPLC system was coupled with the MS2 Vertical 9100 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer in the Elite MS2 Vertical 9100 LC-MS/MS system. This configuration fully leverages the advantages of the EClassical 3200L HPLC system, including its intelligent design, ultra-high performance, "rapid injection," and long-term stable and precise operation. Simultaneously, it integrates the high sensitivity, contamination resistance, flexible dual ion source combinations, and millisecond switching between positive and negative ions of the MS2 Vertical 9100 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. This combination achieves rapid, sensitive, convenient, and stable long-term LC-MS/MS testing and operation.

Specifications

Liquid Chromatography Section (EClassical 3200L) ensures excellent separation and injection performance: the column oven provides temperature control with an accuracy of 0.1°C and supports multiple temperature control modes; the autosampler features an "Extreme Speed Injection" mode with injection times as fast as 1 second and includes cooling to ensure sample stability; the system offers a wide flow range (0.0001 – 5.0000 mL/min) and withstands pressures up to 130 MPa, meeting diverse method development needs.

Mass Spectrometry Detection Section (MS² Vertical 9100) delivers outstanding detection capability and operational reliability: employing heated-induced desolvation technology and laminar-flow ion transmission technology, it enhances sensitivity while enabling self-cleaning, significantly reducing routine maintenance and extending continuous operation time. Ion transmission is unaffected by electric field fluctuations, eliminating the need for frequent tuning. The system comes standard with two completely independent ion sources that can be freely combined and switched during acquisition. Its unique detector design supports positive and negative ion mode switching within milliseconds or simultaneous detection, substantially improving analytical efficiency and throughput.(Image-89)

Performance

The high-throughput detection method, with a detection limit far below the standard requirements, exhibits excellent repeatability and linearity. It enables the determination of 331 pesticides and their 44 metabolites (a total of 375 components) residues in plant-derived foods, providing reliable assurance for high-throughput pesticide residue analysis.(Image-90)
