MFD3100 Multichannel Fluorescence Detector

The MFD3100 Multichannel Fluorescence Detector features three built-in LED excitation sources (360–370 nm, 382–392 nm, and 327–353 nm) with an automatic switching mechanism, enabling flexible wavelength selection without mechanical realignment. A confocal optical path combined with a high-precision, self-calibrating analog-to-digital converter delivers excellent signal-to-noise ratio, wavelength accuracy, and repeatability. The motor-driven direct-drive switching mechanism ensures precise and reproducible positioning of the selected light source. LED replacement is tool-free and requires no optical recalibration, and the system supports energy optimization for each LED. Intelligent features include automatic power-on self-test, LED auto-calibration, and real-time recording of lamp turn-on time and usage via the Chromsoft workstation.
