The Elite aflatoxin analysis system is based on HPLC separation, post-column photochemical derivatization, and fluorescence detection technology for high-precision analysis of aflatoxins. This system offers advantages such as user-friendly operation, high sensitivity, elimination of derivatization reagents, avoidance of toxic reagent exposure, and environmental friendliness.

Specifications

This integrated LC system delivers reliable, high-precision performance. The pump ensures stable flow with low pulsation, while an autosampler provides exceptional injection reproducibility and supports online derivatization. The column oven maintains precise temperature control (±0.1 °C) for consistent retention times. The detector features a thermostatic flow cell for stable baselines.

The Elite PD 3110 photochemical derivatizer is a derivatization device designed for the detection of aflatoxins and sulfonamides, compatible with LC systems of any brand. It requires no derivatization reagents during operation, offering low operational costs and eliminating interference from iodine chemistry and other derivatization methods on the LC system.

The system includes a complete derivative reagent kit with derivatization agents, and buffer components for analytes derivatization.  

Performance

The Elite aflatoxin analysis system employs HPLC technology to rapidly detect aflatoxin within 30 minutes, achieving good repeatability, linear correlation, and accurate quantitative results. (Image-84)
