The Elite AAK amino acid analysis system employs HPLC technology for high-precision analysis of amino acids in various complex matrices. After pre-column derivatization using PITC (phenyl isothiocyanate) as the derivatizing reagent, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) gradient separation and ultraviolet detection are performed, simultaneously analyzing 17 essential amino acids with baseline resolution achieved in all cases.
The system stability test demonstrated that for 7 consecutive injections, the retention time RSD of 17 amino acids was ≤0.40%, and the peak area RSD was ≤1.0%. The method sensitivity test, using aspartic acid as an example, achieved a low detection limit at ppb level. The detection cost was low, with buffer solution and organic solvent serving as the mobile phase, requiring no special reagents.
The system includes a complete reagent kit with amino acid standards, derivatization agents, and buffer components for sample preparation. An accessory pack provides essential equipment for hydrolysis, filtration, and system maintenance.
