EClassical 3500 & 3700 Integrated Analytical & Semi-preparative LC

The EClassical 3500/3700 semi-preparative system is a robust and cost-effective solution for purification from lab to industrial scale, offering precise gradient control and operational flexibility.

Its UV-Vis detector integrates advanced electronics, a holographic concave grating optical system, and key imported components for high wavelength accuracy and repeatability. Microcontroller-driven grating rotation enables automated wavelength setting, while PC control allows real-time programming and sensitive online detection, including pump-off spectral scanning.

The system is widely used in pharmaceutical, biochemical, environmental, and quality control applications for separation and purificationsuch as synthetic intermediate purification, reference standard preparation, final product refinementand it also functions as a high-precision feed pump, making it ideal for natural product research.

It offers a wide working flow rate range from 0.01 mL/min to 100.00 mL/min and enhances workflow efficiency with high-flow solvent flushing (60 mL/min) to reduce changeover time. The system features a multi-volume gradient mixer for flexible mixing under varying conditions, supports power-on self-testing (including power and deuterium lamp status), and provides time-based wavelength programming, full-spectrum scanning, and error message display. It is equipped with a bilingual interface in both English and Chinese for user convenience.
