In an experiments, significant absorbance differences between mixtures A and B can cause baseline pulsations during low-proportion mixing. The E3200 high-voltage constant-current pump, featuring a patented pulsation damper and gradient mixer, minimizes pulsations and improves mixing. The D3200 UV-Vis detector uses a 24-bit AD chip, providing high accuracy and a 2.5AU linear range to meet both high-concentration and trace analysis needs. It achieves R²=0.9999 across 0.1–50 µL injections, performing excellently for all sample sizes.
