  • Mobile phase: Acetonitrile/Acetic acid ammonium aqueous solution (with acetic acid to adjust pH to 4.8)=20/80(v/v)
  • Flow rate: 1.0 mL/min
  • Detection: ELSD: Evaporation temperature (°C): 90; Atomization temperature (°C): 60
  • Column temperature: 30°C

How It Works

Fixed-phase bonded with alkylbenzenesulfonic acid, with uniform pore size and particle size distribution, has excellent batch-to-batch stability; extremely low metal ion content, multiple tailing techniques, with extremely low silanol residue, ensuring stability and excellent peak shape; pore diameter of 300 Å, suitable for biological molecule detection.
