Ultra-pure porous spherical silica gel, bonded with pentafluorophenyl, has uniform pore size and particle size distribution, and exhibits excellent batch-to-batch stability. It has multiple retention mechanisms, providing complementary special chromatographic separation selectivity for conventional C18 columns. Due to the strong dipole-inducing effect of pentafluorophenyl, it has strong separation ability for polarizable substances such as aromatic compounds, heterocyclic compounds, and halides, and is particularly suitable for separating aromatic compounds, stereoisomers, and basic compounds.
