Compatible with normal phase, reversed phase and weak anion exchange. Normal phase conditions are used for analyzing highly polar compounds. NH2-S is a reversed-phase solvent retention column. There is no need for switching; it can be directly used for reversed-phase conditions for analyzing sugars, etc.
