How It Works

It can be used for non-polar to moderately polar compounds. In reversed-phase chromatography, it can be used for compounds with strong hydrophobicity, C18 that is difficult to elute and insoluble in organic solvents. In normal-phase chromatography, it can replace silica gel chromatography columns and achieves faster equilibrium. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical field and the separation of complex mixtures.
