SinoChrom ODS-BP column is designed to expand the application range and selectivity, and to increase the retention of hydrophilic or polar samples that are not retained or weakly retained on other columns.
The performance of SinoChrom ODS-BP is stable because of its advanced and reasonable synthesis process. The column has perfect peak shape and extremely high sensitivity even under neutral pH without buffer or anti-ion additive. Therefore, it is suitable for the detection in combined techniques, such as LC-MS.
In addition, because SinoChrom ODS-BP is a complete end-capping packing, when it is used to separate hydrophilic compounds with typical reverse mobile phase, the selectivity is similar with conventional C18 packings.

For the conventional C18 columns, when the mobile phase contains a large proportion of aqueous solution, C18 functional group collapse may occur. However, with the improvement of technology, SinoChrom ODS-BP column can completely avoid the C18 functional group collapse. Typical applications: the separation of biological samples and metabolites such as oligosaccharides, amino acids, small molecular peptides, nucleosides and organic acids.
