  • Column: SinoChrom C4 5µm 4.6×250mm
  • Mobile phase: A, CH3CN/H2O/TFA=20/80/0.1; B, CH3CN/H2O/TFA=60/40/0.1. Linear Gradient from A to B in 25min and hold for 10min
  • Flow rate: 1.2 mL/min
  • Detection: UV 220 nm
  • Column temperature: 35℃
 

How It Works

SinoChrom C4 packing is a butyl-bonded phase with moderate hydrophobicity. The 300 Å pore size packing is suitable for separating peptide and protein samples while preventing protein denaturation. This stationary phase is also applicable for the simultaneous separation of compounds with different hydrophobicities.
