EliteUQ Bio-Beads S-X3 Column

The chromatographic column is developed based on the determination of 22 types of organochlorine pesticide residues specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. It fully meets the requirements of the 2341 Pesticide Residue Determination Method for 22 types of organochlorine pesticide residues in Part IV of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition). This chromatographic column is also suitable for the determination of phthalates, antioxidants, semi-volatile organic compounds, and for the separation of organic polymers with small molecular weights and other hydrophobic substances. It can also be used for the determination of Sudan dyes No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4 residues in food.

How It Works

Bio-Beads S-X3 packing is a neutral, porous polystyrene divinylbenzene microsphere used for molecular weight exclusion chromatography of lipophilic polymers and organic elution solutes. With an exclusion range of molecular weight ≤2000, it can be used to separate organic polymers with small molecular weights and other hydrophobic substances, such as insecticides, rodenticides, polycyclic aromatic compounds, and unsaturated lipids. It is a purification column dedicated to the pretreatment of organochlorine pesticide residues in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
