ECoreshell Series HPLC Columns were developed by ELITEHPLC with decades of expertise. Under the same chromatographic conditions, core-shell chromatography columns can achieve column efficiency comparable to most sub-2μm porous particle chromatography columns, with column pressure only half that of sub-2μm porous particle chromatography columns. Due to the presence of the solid core, the mass transfer path for sample molecules is shortened, significantly improving analysis speed. It enables achieving ultra-high column efficiency and faster separation on conventional HPLC systems.

The ECoreShell PRP C18 chromatographic column is bonded with C18 functional groups. The synthesis process of the spheres is the same as that of the ECoreShell SOS series, but the shell synthesis process is different, creating another sub-series of the ECoreShell series.
