How It Works

Amber S-X3 packing is a neutral, porous polystyrene divinylbenzene microsphere used for molecular weight exclusion chromatography of lipophilic polymers and organic elution solutes. With an exclusion range of molecular weight ≤2000, it can be used to separate organic polymers with small molecular weights and other hydrophobic substances, such as insecticides, rodenticides, polycyclic aromatic compounds, and unsaturated lipids. It is a purification column dedicated to the pretreatment of organochlorine pesticide residues in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
