Amber Protein A

The Amber Protein A 20 μm chromatographic column is specially designed for the rapid and accurate quantification of monoclonal antibodies in cell line screening, as well as in the process optimization and quality control of upstream bioprocesses. The packing material is prepared by coupling PS/DVB particles with recombinant Protein A ligands, which bind to all immunoglobulins except IgG3 and Fc-containing fusion proteins. This packing material features excellent mechanical strength and can withstand high flow rates and high-pressure operations.

  • Excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility
  • Suitable for the quantification of proteins in CHO cells with varying concentrations
  • Wide pH operating range: 1.2–13.0; pH of binding buffer: 6.6–7.5
  • Recommended flow rate: 1–3 mL/min
