The Amber series represents ELITEHPLC's latest size exclusion chromatography columns, including the Amber SEC series for aqueous phases and the Amber GPC series for organic phases.

The stationary phase of Amber PMMA SEC chromatography column is based on a hydrophilic polymethyl methacrylate matrix with a uniform particle size. It features superior physical and chemical stability, enabling higher column efficiency during packing, as well as enhanced separation efficiency and recovery for the separation and purification of biomacromolecules.
With a particle size of 10 μm and three pore size options (300, 500, 1000 Å), it demonstrates the application of the SEC mechanism for proteins, polysaccharides, VLPs and other biomacromolecules.

Amber PMMA SEC packing materials exhibit high stability under a wide range of operating conditions and are compatible with many commonly used organic solvents and aqueous buffers. Compared with silica-based media, they offer superior stability under extreme pH conditions (1–14). In contrast to agarose-based media, they feature higher rigidity and resistance to high-intensity back pressure, thus enabling applications in high flow rate environments.
The stationary phase of Amber PMMA SEC is based on a hydrophilic polymethyl methacrylate matrix, which is further coated with a dense hydrophilic layer to minimize
