Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography Columns
The hydrophobic interaction chromatography series includes four models: Amber HIC Ethyl 5μm, Amber HIC Propyl 5μm, Amber HIC Butyl 5μm, and Amber HIC Phenyl 5μm. These columns are specifically designed and developed for high-efficiency separation of proteins, oligonucleotides, and peptides, featuring high resolution, high column efficiency, and excellent reproducibility. The packing matrix consists of uniform spherical, highly cross-linked non-porous polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) material. Ethyl, propyl, butyl, and phenyl hydrophobic ligands are uniformly and densely bonded to the PS/DVB surface, respectively, resulting in four hydrophobic interaction chromatography columns with progressively increasing hydrophobicity. This series is particularly suitable for separating monoclonal antibodies (Mab), antibody-drug conjugates (ADC), and related protein fragments with hydrophobic differences.
